Workshop Series
This 3-part workshop series will provide participants with the knowledge and skills they need to deepen and enrich their HOT26+ practice with a community of other motivated practitioners.
This fun and practical series is for students of all levels.

Students can attend a single session or all 3

$60 - One Workshop Drop-In fee
$150 - for all three workshops

Each workshop will be 90 minutes and include a combination of lecture, demonstration, and practice. Our emphasis will be on practicing what you’re learning.
Upon completion of the workshop series, participants will be able to:
Discover the joy of truly mastering HOT26+ poses
Apply newfound knowledge to your regular practice immediately
Understand how to correctly align and modify postures
Practice safely & confidently through the posture sequence
Space limited to 20 participants.
Workshops will be conducted by our very own HOT26+ teachers.
