We provide a variety of yoga and fitness conditioning classes and welcome all levels of students from beginner, intermediate to advanced, and the super fit. All classes are led by certified, highly experienced, and caring teachers. With three (3) spacious studio rooms, we have many convenient times and class choices every day. We offer more than 80 classes/week of heated and non-heated classes and class lengths of 50, 60, 75 and 90 minutes.
TYPES OF CLASS BENEFITS
RELAX & RESTORE:
Relax the mind, body, and spirit with light Vinyasa Flow classes, or Restorative and gentle Yin postures that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, destressed and calm. All levels welcome, good starting point for beginners, modifications offered.
Classes: Yin, Yin Restorative, Vinyasa Non-Heated (with sound bowls), HOT26+
FLOW & ENERGIZE:
Bring the body back into balance and alignment with mindful flow postures, breathing exercises and meditation. You will leave limber and at peace. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students.
Classes: Vinyasa Flow Heated, Vinyasa Non-Heated (with sounds bowls), Iyengar
STRONG & POWERFUL:
Build strength in the body, mind and spirit with longer holds along with the inspiration to dig deeper into your practice. Most of these classes are heated and more challenging. Expect to leave class feeling empowered and happy. The heat helps your practice to deepen, detoxify and heal. Some classes are more advanced, modifications offered.
Classes: Vinyasa Flow Heated levels I,II,III, Hot Fusion Yoga, HOT26, Iyengar Intermediate (non-heated)
CORE & FITNESS:
The emphasis is on building foundational core muscles, the basis for all movement. We incorporate cardio intervals, resistance bands, lights weights and body weights. An excellent complement to yoga. All levels welcome, modifications offered.
