We provide a variety of yoga and fitness conditioning classes and welcome all levels of students from beginner, intermediate to advanced, and the super fit. All classes are led by certified, highly experienced, and caring teachers. With three (3) spacious studio rooms, we have many convenient times and class choices every day. We offer more than 80 classes/week of heated and non-heated classes and class lengths of 50, 60, 75 and 90 minutes.
TYPES OF CLASS BENEFITS
RELAX & RESTORE:
Relax the mind, body, and spirit with light Vinyasa Flow classes, or Restorative and gentle Yin postures that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, destressed and calm. All levels welcome, good starting point for beginners, modifications offered.

FLOW & ENERGIZE:
Bring the body back into balance and alignment with mindful flow postures, breathing exercises and meditation. You will leave limber and at peace. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students.
Classes: Vinyasa Flow Heated, Vinyasa Non-Heated (with sounds bowls), Iyengar
STRONG & POWERFUL:
Build strength in the body, mind and spirit with longer holds along with the inspiration to dig deeper into your practice. Most of these classes are heated and more challenging. Expect to leave class feeling empowered and happy. The heat helps your practice to deepen, detoxify and heal. Some classes are more advanced, modifications offered.

CORE & FITNESS:
The emphasis is on building foundational core muscles, the basis for all movement. We incorporate cardio intervals, resistance bands, lights weights and body weights. An excellent complement to yoga. All levels welcome, modifications offered.

HOT FUSION YOGA (60 Mins)
Hot Fusion Yoga is a fun and challenging class for anyone and everyone who loves traditional Bikram, AND the flow of a Vinyasa practice! This one hour, heated medley will improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and mind/body connection. Bring your mat, towel, and water then let our Teacher Kat help guide you towards greater health and wellness during 60 minutes of upbeat music and a flow of melded postures.

FLOW YOGA (Vinyasa) LEVEL 1 + SOUND HEALING FLOW (90 Mins)
This is a dynamic gentle yoga class that combines yoga postures, breath work and focused relaxation. Sound healing crystal singing bowls can be incorporated or played during savasana. Sound healing can improve and transform physical and emotional states. It can repair cells of the body, restore balance, and create spontaneous healing to a person's whole being, bringing a sense of tranquility and calmness. Class is held at a slower pace and can help enhance range of motion. Gentle Flow aims to stretch all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. All levels. 90 minutes. Room temp. Yoga or exercise mat required.No shoes.
This classic hot yoga class of 26 static hold postures systematically works every muscle, gland, and organ in the body. This class works the entire body, stretching muscles, building foundational strength, detoxing internal organs, stimulating the glandular systems, and challenging the cardiovascular system. This class is appropriate for beginners and more experienced students alike. Hot Yoga is an excellent foundation to learning proper alignment and developing strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. It restores and rejuvenates. Also includes 1 or 2 breathing exercises. All levels. 60, 75 or 90 minute classes available. Temp: 105 -110°. Yoga mat required.
CORE FIT (50 Mins)
Master teacher Val says, "It's all about the core. Your core controls and stabilizes all movement within the body. Without a strong core there is no stability control in yoga or any other activity for that matter and injuries are more likely to occur." Val conducts the class according to who is in the room, with upbeat music. It is an overall fitness class which includes work on abs, buns and upper body. Highly recommended for anyone interested in a good, fun workout. This high-energy, focused and powerful 50 minute workout is a great complement to a yoga practice. All levels. 50 minutes. Room temp. FLOW YOGA (Vinyasa) HEATED (75 Mins)
Vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a nimble sequence of Sun Salutations and other yoga postures. Test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Creative sequencing is to inspire physical, energetic, mental, and inner freedom or higher state of consciousness. 75 minutes. Room temp or heated 80° to 90°. Yoga or exercise mat required. Music may be included according to teacher preference.
FLOW YOGA (Vinyasa) BEGINNING NON HEATED (90 Mins)
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow. A Vinyasa class is both a great place to start and to continue challenging yourself. If you like to focus on the power of breathing and flowing movement through poses, you will enjoy the Vinyasa style. Lovely healing music is selected by each individual teacher. All levels. 90 minutes. Room temp. Yoga or exercise mat required.
HOT YOGA BEGINNING (60 Mins)
Class is based on the HOT26 postures, however, not all postures are repeated twice. This class works the entire body, stretching muscles, building foundational strength, detoxing internal organs, stimulating the glandular systems, and challenging the cardiovascular system. This class is appropriate for beginners and more experienced students alike. Hot Yoga is an excellent foundation to learning proper alignment and developing strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. It restores and rejuvenates. The teacher may also introduce other postures, such as Sun Salutations. All levels. 60 minutes. Temp: 105 -110°. Yoga mat required.
IYENGAR BEGINNING YOGA (75 Mins)
Iyengar yoga increases suppleness, strength and stamina. It improves posture and concentration and quiets the mind to promote well-being. The technique emphasizes precision and alignment, and quality of movement is prioritized over quantity. You learn to move with ease in your body while working within your limitations. Postures are held for longer than in some other styles, allowing tight muscles to lengthen and relax, and helps to focus awareness. Props such as blankets, blocks, and belts may be used to improve your understanding of poses or to help if you have difficulties. The practice is progressive, building a stable foundation before attempting more demanding work. Each group of yoga postures develops the body in different yet reciprocal ways and has different qualities: grounding, energizing, strengthening, stimulating, calming. All levels. 75 minutes. Room temp. Yoga and exercise mat required.
CORE SCULPT (50 Mins)
This class will get your heart rate up and burn calories. Small hand weights are used to tone and strengthen muscles. Classes are set to fun energizing music. Be prepared to have fun, sweat and smile. Robin kicks butt. A full body workout in 50 minutes. Room is heated, but not hot. Yoga or exercise mat is required. Bare feet or studio shoes only.
YIN RESTORATIVE (90 Mins)
This is blend of gentle Yin with Restorative and some Yoga Nidra meditation. Good for prenatal/post natal students and seniors. (Must be able to get off the floor). Yin works deeply into muscles and connective tissues through extended holds of postures. and targets the connective tissue especially in the hips, pelvis and lower spine and emphasizes deep tissue opening and restoration. Restorative yoga is a comfortable, relaxing and meditative practice that involves holding passive poses utilizing props such as blocks, bolsters and straps and includes a guided meditation at the end of class. Helps to bring balance back to our demanding daily lives. Excellent for beginners and those with insomnia or difficulty sleeping. Includes meditation.

YIN GENTLE 75 Mins)
A gentle and relaxing class that works deeply into muscles and connective tissues through extended holds of postures. Good for prenatal/post natal students and seniors. (Must be able to get off the floor). Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue especially in the hips, pelvis and lower spine, and emphasizes deep tissue opening and restoration. It is a perfect cross train with the other more vigorous styles of yoga. Utilizes props such as blocks, bolsters and straps and includes a guided meditation at the end of class. All levels. 75 or 90 minute classes available. Room temp. Yoga or exercise mat is required.
