About the experience & teacher

All levels are welcome. This restorative flow supports mobility, releases tension, and offers time to reconnect with your body.

Kristine brings more than 15 years of yoga and meditation experience and a master’s degree in psychology. Her therapeutic approach combines mindful movement, breath, and meditation.

Tai Chi + Sound Healing

Moving Meditation

Move from gentle motion into deep rest with 30 minutes of Tai Chi followed by 45 minutes of immersive sound healing.

About the experience & teachers

Michelle leads slow, mindful movement and breath to help release tension, build balance, and ground the body. She is a registered yoga teacher with two decades of practice in yoga, Tai Chi, and Chinese martial arts.

Viola guides relaxation with crystal bowls and other instruments. A lifelong musician, she holds a master’s degree in music education and has trained with the Sound Healing Academy.

September 26–27 & October 3, 2026
9:00 AM–5:00 PM each day · With Madison

Build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach the complete Hot 26 sequence, with focused study, posture clinics, and supervised practice teaching.

$295 · 25 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours upon successful completion.

Course details & prerequisites

For yoga teachers who have completed a minimum 200-hour teacher training.

  • Hot 26 dialogue, cueing, timing, and classroom management
  • Posture alignment, modifications, contraindications, anatomy, and physiology
  • Supporting safety, accessibility, and student autonomy in a heated room

The course includes three eight-hour training days. Attend all three days and lead one additional 60-minute Hot 26 class to demonstrate competency and complete the course.

What you’ll explore

Vinyasa: Foundational standing postures, transitions, alignment principles, and connecting breath with movement.

Hot 26: The purpose behind each posture, common alignment corrections, and modifications for different bodies. The room will be warm, not hot.

Both sessions offer practical ways to refine technique, understand common mistakes, and practice with greater confidence and awareness.
