It all began with love. A love of people and a love of fitness gave birth to a business. This beautiful baby business was named Yoga Health Center (YHC). The mother of YHC is the heart-entrepreneur Regina Bannon French, and the father is her husband, master strategist Bob French. For over 28 years, our beloved members have been nourished with fitness and have grown stronger through dedication and discipline, all while having a place to call home—Yoga Health Center.

Parking at the Studio

YHC is in a popular location, and while there is ample 2-hour, no-charge parking behind and around our studio, it can get busy. We strongly recommend allowing extra time.

Here are the parking options; all parking options are free

  • Williams Plaza, directly behind our studio

  • Street parking (2-hour free parking around the studio)

  • Wheeler Plaza, a 3-story garage located 1.5 blocks away

  • Two additional parking lots within a 3-5 minute walk
