It all began with love. A love of people married a love of fitness and gave birth to a business. This beautiful baby business was named Yoga Health Center (YHC). The mother of YHC is the heart-entrepreneur Regina Bannon French, and the father is her husband, master strategist Bob French. The “children” of YHC are its 10,000 members. That’s right: 10,000 members have been lovingly fed with fitness and have grown stronger through their dedication and discipline, plus having a place to call home— Yoga Health Center.
