Fall Equinox is Coming!

Join us for annual weekends at
Yoga Health Center filled with uplifting & transformative experiences to celebrate each new season.

Each of these Solstice & Equinox Weekends offer us an opportunity to reset, reflect, and realign with ourselves and the community.

These Weekends will include activities such as outdoor experiences, specialty classes, offsite retreats, cacao ceremonies, social gatherings, guest speakers, astrological & intuitive readings, sound healing, wellness coaching and MORE!

What to expect?

  • Solstice events do not come packaged. Some of the events are FREE and open to the public

  • Special events vary weekend to weekend. You can register for workshops here and any special classes will be listed on our schedule page like regular classes.

  • Yes! We are always looking for sponsors to support our growing Solstice/Equinox weekends. Please contact us to let us know you’re interested in partnering!

  • Just show up! All are welcome! If you have an idea or workshop you’d like to see come to fruition, please let us know.
