We’ll use Yoga Therapy Balls to practice self-massage techniques for the muscles of the feet, legs, and hips to beneficially influence everyday movement patterns.
This workshop will go beyond just stretching muscles that feel tight since we’ll look at the relationship of the feet and how to stand and sit in ways that support the body as a whole. Especially helpful for those who experience tension or tightness in their hips.
No prior yoga experience is necessary, beginners are welcome.
