Yoga Health Center Names Madison Rogers General Manager to Lead Community-First Growth

Longtime teacher and CEO appointed to strengthen execution, continuity, and legacy

On February 1, 2026 Yoga Health Center announced the appointment of Madison Rogers as General Manager. Madison is a longtime Yoga Health Center teacher known for her warmth, integrity, and deep connection with students and staff.

She brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience, most recently serving as CEO of One Step Beyond. Her background spans organizational growth, operations, fundraising, events, and people-first leadership—experience that uniquely positions her to lead a values-driven, community-centered organization.

This appointment is about execution, continuity, and legacy—ensuring the day-to-day business is run with clarity and consistency, while preserving the culture and relationships that have defined Yoga Health Center for more than 30 years.

As General Manager, Madison will oversee daily operations, lead membership growth and retention initiatives, align staff and teachers around clear standards and execution rhythm, and expand programming, partnerships, and community engagement—working closely with founders Regina and Bob French to guide the studio’s next chapter.

“After more than 20 years leading mission-driven organizations, this role feels like a natural next chapter,” said Madison Rogers.

“Yoga Health Center has always been about more than yoga—it’s about connection, belonging, and care. I’m honored to help guide this next phase while protecting what makes this community feel like home.”

“Madison leads from the heart,” said Regina French, Founder and Master Teacher of Yoga Health Center.

“She understands that yoga is not just what happens in the room—it’s how people feel when they walk through the door. Her ability to care deeply while bringing clarity and structure to execution makes her the right leader for this moment.”

“This role is about the future and long-term stewardship,” added Bob French, Co-Founder and Operating Partner.

“Madison understands our culture, our members, and our people—and she knows how to build systems that support them. That balance is essential to our future.”

Looking ahead, Yoga Health Center will continue to evolve as a community-first Wellness Hub focusing on yoga, fitness and good health.

We look forward to expanding programming, local partnerships, and experiences that support long-term well-being—while staying grounded in the values and relationships that have made the studio a trusted home for generations of students.
