Grounded in our three decades of experience, we have spent the last ten years perfecting a pristine hot yoga environment designed entirely so you can focus on your practice.

Our space was custom-built from the ground up by a specialized team of architects, engineers, and HVAC experts collaborating directly with veteran practitioners to meet the intense, unique demands of hot yoga.

For you on the mat, this means an elite, seamless experience—one that guarantees crisp, fresh air circulation and meticulously curated temperatures for every single class.

A Hot Yoga Studio Unlike Any Other

  • Freshair UV systems

    Sanitizes air and controls pathogen spread to reduce germs, microbes, molds and toxic vapors to keep you healthy and our Studio smelling fresh always.

  • CO2 Control & Measuring Devices

    Automatically monitor and control air quality which in turn helps energize your yoga/fitness classes.

  • Specialized Heating/Cooling Systems

    These systems provide a steady stream of conditioned air (HVAC) meaning your non-heated classes aren’t swampy and your heated classes are always the perfect temperature.

  • Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs)

    ERVs supply a controlled rate of air exchange, ridding the studio of harmful allergens and ensure consistent fresh air throughout the rooms. The ERV also reduces energy consumption, a key consideration in our design along with no odor and controlled ventilation.

26 Postures. 30 Years of Proof. Infinite Depth.

Since 1996, HOT26+ has been Yoga Health Center's foundational signature class.

HOT26+ consists of set of 26 postures designed to systematically work the whole body and mind. Students follow the dialogue which focuses on safely doing the postures (asanas).

Each class is held in a heated room with temperatures at 105 degrees Fahrenheit, which promotes sweating and detoxification. The heat also helps to warm up the muscles, making it easier to move deeper into each posture.

Each posture is held for a specific amount of time, allowing students to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Modifications are always available to ensure an accessible practice for all.
