This 90-minute powerhouse of a workshop will be led by fitness expert Robin McDonald.
This workshop will address the entire body, specifically: core, buns, arms and include cardio too. You will use hand weights in an interval format with strategic repetition to target specific muscle groups. Expect an upbeat warmup to get your heart pumping, then we will use various props to keep the workout fun, challenging and safe.
One fantastic feature of this workshop is that the teaching team will alternate going around to “spot” each person, providing expert tips on proper technique, form, alignment and execution of the exercises. For example, we’ll instruct you about how to create the most powerful plank possible. It’ll change your life.
All levels levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat, a hand towel (to wipe sweat) and water.
