How do you keep students informed of class changes workshops, events, etc...?


Our website, onsite notices and email will keep you up to date on YHC happenings. If you provided YHC your email address and have not heard from us in 2-3 weeks, contact YHC or visit the email sign up sheet at the studio. We can also download our app. We follow strict standards to protect your information and privacy. Your email address will never be shared.




What is the purpose of heat in Hot 26+ Classes?


Heat helps increase your flexibility and allows you to go deeper without without injury. It also flushes out toxins and promotes circulation and relaxation.




How often should I practice?


Daily is ideal! Yoga must be practiced a regular basis with no long lapses of time in between lessons to be effective. If you are new, a minimum of 10 classes in 30 days is recommended. Once you start practicing regularly, you will find that you want to do yoga- not only is it fun, but it works! The time and effort you put in will return to you tenfold.




Memberships


All memberships are auto-billing purchases and require a valid credit card to be on file and processed for the duration of the membership, then month to month. A written email to membership@yogahealthcenter.com is required for cancellation.




Refunds


All class and membership purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared.

There are no holds, freezes or extensions of classes or promotions.

MOBILE APP FAQs

When I try to book a class using the mobile app, I get the message that I need to purchase a class or membership.  What do I do?


Please be certain that you are logged in on the app before attempting to book a class.




Why can't I purchase a membership, class pack or individual class from the goYHC mobile app.


Apple alerted us of this issue in early 2020, requiring us to comply by June 1, 2020. However, we understood the devastating effects this would have on our customers in the thick of the pandemic. Because of that, we successfully negotiated an extension. As a result of Apple and Google Play’s decisions to require businesses to use their in-app purchase feature and charge a 30% fee for all in-app virtual purchases, all in-app virtual purchases in the Mindbody app and your branded mobile app (if applicable) will be blocked beginning December 31, 2021, for Apple and March 31, 2022, for Google Play. To comply with Apple app stores’ requirements and to minimize the overall impact on our customers’ profit margins, Mindbody has opted to block in-app purchases for virtual offerings in the Mindbody app and the branded mobile app. That means all virtual purchases must happen outside of the Mindbody app and the branded mobile app.
