If you have a problem logging into your account, registering for class using Mindbody or our YHC branded App, or the website follow these guidelines to troubleshoot.  This also applies when having difficulty accessing Video on Demand. These issues appear to be the result of a recent upgrade to the Mindbody software.

The remedy for both issues whether on mobile or from your browser are the same:

  • Logout of whatever platform you are using; Mindbody app, YHC branded app or from your browser. Then log back in. This has remedied the issue in 99% of the cases.

  • If that doesn't resolve the issue, logout and then reboot your device (phone or computer), then log back in.

  • For good computer maintenance we also recommend you clear your Cache regularly. Use CTL SHIFT DEL simultaneously on your laptop.

Finally, if after you've tried the steps above, and you still can't register or view the Videos, please email help@yogahealthcenter.com
