Choosing the right class that best serves your needs is key to making the most of your yoga experience. At Yoga Health Center, we offer a wide range of classes to meet everyone’s wellness goals. Whether you choose one or choose them all, we are sure you will find the classes you are looking for at YHC!
Flow & Energize Classes
There are several classes designed for improving balance and alignment. Mindfully flowing postures, meditation, and breathing helps you to stay present and calm. These classes include the following:
Vinyasa Flow Heated - Links breath and fluid movement in a heated room.
Vinyasa Non-Heated - a smooth-flowing, non-heated class which utilizes the breath.
Iyengar - focuses on alignment to increase stamina
Relax & Restore Classes
All of the following classes focus on relaxing your spirit, body, and mind. After taking one of these, you will feel more energized and less stressed:
Yin - these long-held, stretching postures help to center the mind. This class is ideal for seniors and pregnant or post-natal women
Yin Restorative - blends Yoga Nidra meditation with the gentleness of Yin.
Vinyasa Non-Heated - the focus on moving with conscious breath promotes relaxation.
Hot Bikram - Releases tension by going through all the traditional Bikram poses twice in a heated environment
Core & Fitness Classes
If you want to strengthen your core muscles, then this is the type of class for you. Combining these types of classes with another yoga class gets great results! Yoga Health Center’s core and fitness classes include the following:
Core Fit - Uses upbeat music and focuses on abs, buns, and upper body strength.
Core Sculpt - Cardio-focused and high-energy.
Strong & Powerful Classes
Yoga is great for building strength. If getting stronger is your main goal, try out one of the following classes:
Vinyasa Flow Heated - The vigorous nature of this style is ideal for strength-building.
Hot Fusion - a challenging blend of Bikram and Vinyasa.
Hot Bikram - Energizes and develops strength.
Iyengar - Holds postures longer than other styles of yoga to develop strength.

Although our classes vary in style and intensity, there are several things about our studio that always remain the same.
First and foremost, all of our classes are taught by certified and experienced instructors. Secondly, we offer classes which are appropriate for beginners and experts alike; while some classes are more tailored for beginners and others are more advanced, you are welcome to try out any class and use accommodations to meet your wellness needs. Lastly, our flexible schedule gives you access to yoga classes all week long, all throughout the day.
