WALL YOGA
60 minutes
In this 60-minute unheated yoga class, students of all levels will use padded harnesses, straps, and blocks to move deeper into poses. The combination of using props with the wall provides a more intense level of stretch, treats acute injuries and chronic conditions, and safely prepares students for inversions, such as headstands and shoulder stands. Please bring a yoga mat. Props are provided.
HOT FUSION YOGA
60 minutes
In this 60-minute heated yoga class (100+°) with upbeat music, students of all levels move through a sequence of poses that integrate Vinyasa Flow asanas with YHC Hot 26+ asanas. This unique fusion improves your balance, strength, flexibility, and mind/body connection. Please bring ample water, a yoga mat, a large towel for the top of your yoga mat, and a couple of extra towels to wipe the floor around you to ensure studio cleanliness.
IYENGAR WALL YOGA
75 minutes
In this 75-minute unheated yoga class, students of all levels practice safe and challenging poses using Iyengar principles, such as precision, alignment, and longer holds, which allow tight muscles to lengthen and relax, and focused awareness to develop. Using the wall will amplify the beneficial effects of being in the asanas. Please bring water and a yoga mat. Other props will be provided.

In this 75-minute hot yoga class (105°), students of all levels will move through a sequence of 26 asanas that are designed to invigorate and relax the whole body, inside and out. In this 65-minute non-heated yoga class (90+°) with music, intermediate and advanced students will move through a sequence of poses that link breath and movement, including sun salutations and a variety of other postures to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Please bring ample water, a yoga mat, a large towel for the top of your yoga mat, and a couple of extra towels to wipe the floor around you to ensure studio cleanliness. Please note: Not for beginning level students.

In this 75-minute unheated yoga class accompanied by crystal sound healing bowls, students of all levels will restore peace by releasing tensions stored in the body and mind. This mindful deep relaxation practice uses props to create positions of ease and comfort that are held for long periods of time. Less is more. Please bring a yoga mat. Props will be provided.

In this 75-minute unheated yoga class with calming music, students of all levels engage in a slow-paced sequence of passive poses held for longer periods of time which improves the health of connective tissue, especially around the joints. Gentle and continuous compression is applied to the targeted area through controlled stretching with the mindful use of props. Please bring a yoga mat. Props will be provided.

CORE FUSION

In this 50-minute unheated fitness class, students of all levels will Integrate exercises from multiple disciplines to build movement patterns that will make their body stronger and more balanced. CORE DEFENSE

In this 50-minute unheated fitness class with upbeat music, students of all levels work on a hybrid of cardio core and core fit elements with the addition of martial arts and boxing elements.
