New Students

All Bikram Yoga classes are 90 minutes. Bring one or two bath size towels and water, wear shorts, hydrate before class and do not eat at least 2-3 hours before class. Expect to sweat and have a great workout!

New students please arrive at
least 15 minutes early.
NO reservations are required.
Beginners welcome at all classes.
