  Sandra McGrath
Sandra first experienced the transformative power of yoga in 1998.  Initially she was drawn to yoga for the “workout” but soon discovered that yoga not only provided many physical benefits, but also a more authentic way of living.  Through a heart centered practice, Sandra finds the peaceful flow to be a powerful form of devotion, self expression and emotional healing.

Sandra believes that conscious breathing is the heart of any practice.  She works with students to open their hearts, search for truth, and increase awareness of actions and thoughts.  She encourages the same approach to all postures, difficult and easy:  with a gentle smile and a deep breath she offers reminders that this is a yoga “practice”, not a yoga “perfect.”.

Her dynamic, rigorous, and sweaty classes are designed to build strength and awareness toward healing. Students are encouraged to reach beyond their comfort zone and find their edge.  Although challenging, Sandra maintains a compassionate and playful environment for each student to safely unearth their inner strength.

  Cheryl DeCook Morgan
Cheryl's first introduction to yoga was in 1997 when she took a class at a community college and learned a variety of poses. It was fun and challenging and she felt so relaxed at the end of class. Cheryl tried some other yoga classes and then discovered Bikram yoga.

"Once I began I became very dedicated to a continuous practice. Initially it was very difficult for me to do the poses since I had myofascial pain syndrome and holding my arms above shoulder level was extremely painful." This condition was aggravated from her position as a flight attendant. She experienced a breakthrough from her pain through her continuous, dedicated yoga practice. Cheryl was looking for a change and feeling called by yoga she took a voluntary furlough from her airline career and became a certified Bikram yoga instructor in the Fall of 2002.

"I am so glad I made the decision that enables me to share the amazing benefits of yoga with others. I continue to grow and learn from my students and fellow instructors. May yoga bring you peace."
