Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts. Just show up with the appropriate attire (see below), nothing else is required.

No reservations are required. All levels, including new beginners practice together.
Come with an empty stomach. It's best not to eat a full meal 2-3 hours before class.
The room is heated intentionally to loosen muscles, detoxify and reduce risk of injury.
Bring one or two large towels and ample water. Come to class hydrated.
We suggest women wear shorts and jog bras or tights. Men wear shorts and a short sleeved or sleeveless shirt
Avoid strong perfumes or lotions
Observe silence during practice
We encourage you to bring or buy your own mat for sanitary and hygienic reasons as soon as possible. If you are new to yoga we supply yoga mats for your first few days at no charge.
Bottled water, rental towels, yoga mats and other merchandise are available at reasonable prices. See Prices page.
We do not grant date extensions, refunds, transfers or exchanges; couples cannot share a series. Please do not ask.
We recommend you do not bring valuables into the center
If you arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of any class there will be no problem securing a place in class.
Please join us after the morning classes on Saturdays for Regina's delicious home made Chai tea. Bring your own mug or cup. :)
